What it costs.
Two ways to work with us: a quoted project, or monthly services at a flat price.
Websites, online stores and web apps are quoted individually, because a five-page business site and a store with customer accounts are very different jobs. Send a short brief and you get a clear price before any work starts, as a fixed price or in milestones. A deposit usually starts the project.
Website management, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, social media management and graphic design each cost $150 per month, in any combination you like. There is no setup fee, you can add or remove services as your needs change, and every plan includes unlimited updates and revisions.
No. $150 per month covers the management: setup, optimization and reporting. You choose the ad budget and pay it directly to Google, Meta or TikTok from your own ad account. We never hold or mark up your ad spend.
Monthly services are billed in US dollars with a simple monthly invoice; projects follow the schedule in the quote. We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe, Wise and Payoneer. Clients in Bangladesh can also pay in taka by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer at the day's exchange rate.
Yes. Give us 30 days' written notice. There are no cancellation fees, the work done stays yours, and if you move your website elsewhere we export the files and help you move.
Timelines & process
How long it takes.
We agree the timeline with you before work starts and keep you updated as it progresses.
It depends on the scope. We reply to your brief within one business day with a price and a timeline, then work in milestones with room for feedback at each one. The timeline in the quote is the one we commit to.
Once your plan is confirmed, we ask for the access we need (your website, ad accounts, Search Console) and start with an audit or setup. Ads can start showing as soon as the campaigns go live; SEO improves over the first months as search engines pick up the changes.
By WhatsApp, email or a video call, whichever you prefer. You get regular updates, milestone reviews and a reply within one business day. Monthly services also include a monthly status report by email.
No. We don't make free previews before work starts. Instead, you get a clear quote and plan, and you see the design take shape during the project, with unlimited revisions until you are happy with it.

A small studio in Savar, Dhaka, working remotely with clients worldwide.
We are based in Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh, and work remotely with clients in the US, UK, Germany, the Middle East and Bangladesh. Studio hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Bangladesh time (UTC+6). Clients in Dhaka are welcome to meet in person by appointment.
Yes. Most communication happens during US and European business hours, and every message gets a reply within one business day. For calls we find a slot that suits you; you can book one on the schedule page.
We work in English and Bengali. This website is available in nine languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Arabic and Bengali.
You do. Hosting, domain, ad accounts and analytics are set up in your name, or in accounts we create for you and hand over. If you ever leave, the website files, the campaigns and the data stay with you.

Yes. Website Care covers hosting on Cloudflare with SSL, uptime monitoring, backups, security updates and unlimited content updates for $150 per month, with a reply within one business day.
